Exchange & Return Policy

Our exchange and returns policy is determined in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the State of Kuwait, which states the following:

- The customer has the right to exchange or return the goods within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the goods are in their original condition upon purchase, including all accessories and packaging, and the original purchase invoice is required to be presented upon exchange or return.

- Order delivery fees are deducted upon receiving the goods from the company’s showrooms, and the customer has no right to claim delivery fees if the order is delivered to him

- If the customer wants to exchange or return an order from his place of residence, place of work, or any other place he owns, the delivery fees are added to the cost of receiving or delivering the goods to be exchanged or returned, depending on the region, and these fees range between 3 and 5 Kuwaiti dinars.
