Return Policy

Our exchange and return policy have been defined within the Law of
the State of Kuwait for Consumer Protection, which states the following:

- The customer has the right to exchange or retrieve the goods within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the purchases are in their original condition upon purchase, including all accessories from the packaging, and it is required that the original purchase invoice be present during the exchange or return.

- The fees for the delivery of the order are deducted when the goods are retrieved from within the company's showrooms, and the customer is not entitled to claim the delivery price if the order is delivered to him.

- In the event that the customer wishes to exchange or retrieve an order from his place of residence, place of work, or any place belonging to him, the delivery price will be added to receive or deliver the goods to be replaced or retrieved, according to the region to be received or delivered to, and it ranges from 3 to 5 Kuwaiti dinars.

- We at Baby House Toys always strive to satisfy our customers by delivering their purchases as quickly as possible within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date and time of confirming the order in an attempt to occupy the throne of games in the State of Kuwait through competition in satisfying and meeting the needs of customers and being alone at the top through the cheapest prices.
