Delivery Informations.

Coverage and Delivery Time: Our delivery service is available to any location within Kuwait within 24 hours. Delivery is available at any time unless the customer requests a specific time.

Delivery Fees: Delivery fees range from 2 to 5 Kuwaiti Dinars, depending on the area.

Order Confirmation: At Baby House Toys, we always strive to satisfy our customers by delivering their purchases as quickly as possible, with a maximum delivery time of 24 hours from the date and time of order confirmation.

Delivery Fees for Returns from the Showroom: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in Kuwait, delivery fees are deducted upon collection of products from the company's showrooms. The customer is not entitled to a delivery fee if the order has already been delivered to them.

Delivery Fees for Home Exchanges/Returns: If the customer wishes to exchange or receive an order from their home, workplace, or any other location they own, a delivery fee will be added for collecting or delivering the goods to be exchanged or returned. This fee ranges from 3 to 5 Kuwaiti Dinars, depending on the area.

Return Policy: Purchases can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of the purchase date (provided they are in their original condition with all packaging and original invoice). You can also request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
