Delivery Coverage and Flexibility: Our delivery service covers all locations within the State of Kuwait with a 24-hour turnaround. Deliveries are made at any time unless the customer specifies a particular time slot.

Delivery Fees: Delivery costs range from 2 to 5 Kuwaiti Dinars, depending on the area.

Order Confirmation and Shipping: At Baby House Toys, we strive for customer satisfaction by delivering purchases as quickly as possible—within a maximum of 24 hours from the time the order is confirmed.

Delivery Fees for Store Returns: In accordance with Kuwaiti consumer protection laws, the original delivery fee is deducted when goods are returned to one of our showrooms; customers are not entitled to a refund of the delivery fee if the order has already been delivered.

Delivery Fees for Exchanges/Returns from Customer Locations: If a customer wishes to exchange or return an order from their home, workplace, or any other location of their choice, a delivery fee will be charged for the pickup or delivery of the items involved. This fee depends on the location and ranges from 3 to 5 Kuwaiti Dinars.

Return Timeframes: Goods may be exchanged or returned within a maximum of 15 days from the date of purchase (provided they are in their original condition, with all packaging intact and the original invoice present). Additionally, you may request a product return within 14 days of receiving your order.
