Delivery Information.

Our delivery policy is available to deliver the order to any place within the State of Kuwait within 24 hours, then delivery at any time, unless a specific time is specified by the customer, and the delivery cost is 2 dinars to 5 Kuwaiti dinars, depending on the region.

Our exchange and return policy have been defined within the Law of the State of Kuwait for Consumer Protection, which states the following:

• - The customer has the right to exchange or retrieve the goods within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the purchases are in their original condition upon purchase, including all its packaging accessories, and it is required that the original purchase invoice be present during the exchange or return.
• - The fees for the delivery of the order are deducted when the goods are retrieved from within the company's showrooms, and the customer has no right to claim the delivery price if the order has been delivered to him.
• - In the event that the customer wishes to exchange or retrieve an order from his place of residence, place of work, or any place belonging to him, the delivery price will be added to receive or deliver the goods to be replaced or retrieved, according to the region to be received or delivered to, and it ranges from 3 to 5 Kuwaiti dinars.
• - We at Baby House Toys always strive to satisfy our customers by delivering their purchases as soon as possible within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date and time of order confirmation
